Beautiful location on the BE/NL border between Antwerp (20 km) and Ghent (40 km), near the fortified city of Hulst (10 km). Ideal for relaxing or working near the Waaslandhaven. Explore the Drowned Land of Saefthinge (5 km) or the polder area. Free parking space + enclosed bicycle shed. Possibility to rent electric bike, SUP boards, ice bath or book a massage. The space Come and enjoy and relax in this stylish home with charming garden. There is a cozy holiday atmosphere both inside and outside, and you have plenty of light and (living) space. The bedroom has a double bed 180x200 with a comfortable mattress. There is also a coffee machine in the room. The bathroom with shower, bath and toilet (private use) is located immediately next to the bedroom on the 1st floor. If a workplace is desired, this can also be provided in the bedroom. Expat stay for a longer period is possible. Guest access The entrance is shared with the host. Guests can freely use the living room, kitchen and garden on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor, there is the bedroom and private bathroom for the guests. The host lives on the 2nd floor with a separate bathroom. During the stay, there is only shared use of the kitchen. On the ground floor, there are 2 separate toilets. Across the street is the garage with 2 parking spaces of the host. Free parking is included during the stay. Your own bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. There is a bus stop right at the door. The nearest stations are Beveren, Sint-Niklaas or Antwerp. During your stay The host is also always available by phone during the stay. Other things to note Interesting facts: If booked in advance, a stay can be combined with bike rental, SUP board rental or SUP lesson. There is also the possibility to book a LOMI LOMI massage. Next to the pavilion is a small harbor with a sluice where you can swim. The early bird gets the worm. * Verdronken Land van Saeftinghe: nature reserve and unique place full of special nature and rich history.
