The space Apartment on the first floor with independent entrance, accessible from via Amsicora n.5. From the entrance you access a large courtyard, then enter the building and finally use a comfortable staircase to access the first floor. The apartment is large and bright, cool in summer and warm in winter. Downstairs are the hosts, who are kind, helpful and discreet. The courtyard, for the use of guests, is shared with the hosts. Guest access First floor, no elevator Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house or in the courtyard. Electronic cigarettes are only allowed in the courtyard. The shower in the courtyard is only allowed without the use of soaps or shower shampoo. Moving furniture without explicit permission is not allowed. It is not allowed to pick flowers, fruits, plants or herbs from the courtyard. In the outdoor space, it is allowed to organize dinners (there is a barbecue) upon kind notice to the hosts, sunbathe, and use the equipment provided.
