A queen bed faces the forest beyond floor-to-ceiling glass, while a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette and cozy indoor spaces make it easy to settle in. Outside, your private hot tub and fire pit create the perfect setting for quiet evenings beneath the trees. During the day, the mirrored exterior reflects the surrounding woods, allowing the cabin to blend seamlessly into its natural setting. In the evening, the glass becomes transparent from the inside, creating an immersive experience of the landscape beyond. Bathrooms feature frosted glass, and curtains are provided throughout the home for privacy. Muir is one of two mirrored homes at Notestone Reserve. Each home has its own private hot tub and outdoor space. While other cabins are located on the property, thoughtful positioning and landscaping maintain separation and a peaceful wooded atmosphere. This is a tranquil retreat in nature, though not a completely isolated cabin. The private outdoor hot tub is open year-round — perfect after a day hiking Old Man’s Cave or during snowfall in winter. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the cabin during their stay. You’ll also have access to the shared community game room, which features a large TV, pool table, basketball arcade game, and classic arcade machines. The glass home is part of Notestone Reserve, so you may see other guests on the grounds from time to time, while still enjoying your own private indoor and outdoor spaces. The property is intentionally arranged to offer a welcoming shared atmosphere while still providing private outdoor spaces and a peaceful sense of retreat. 📝 Property Update The pond on the property has been temporarily drained for repair due to a leak. Restoration is underway, and we appreciate your understanding as improvements continue. 📶 Connectivity Satellite WiFi is provided. Due to our wooded and rural setting, occasional interruptions may occur. Many guests enjoy the opportunity to unplug and reconnect with nature. 🌿 Natural Setting The cabin is located in a wooded environment. While we maintain regular pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small wildlife are a normal part of being in nature. ⚠️ House Guidelines • No parties or events • Only registered guests permitted on the property • No smoking, vaping, fireworks, ATVs, hunting, or weapons • No commercial photography or videography without prior approval • Hot tub: please use designated towels and replace the cover when not in use • Septic system: flush toilet paper only This home is located in a rural area of Hocking Hills. 4WD/AWD is recommended during winter months. 📋 Additional Information All guests are required to sign a renter agreement prior to arrival.
