We have a MEDIUM FIRM mattress. The cottage has a beautiful lake view and is a 15-minute walk to the waterfront. The unit does not have air conditioning. Pets are not allowed. Choose the Unit That Fits You: Agate: Features comfortable recliners, excellent lake views, and the option for an additional twin floor mattress (tatami style). Birch: Offers increased privacy with a hide-a-bed loveseat in the living area plus an additional loveseat in the bedroom. Guest access Guests can wander the gardens and woods behind the cottages. There's a fire pit and picnic table in the backyard, and guests are welcome to use them. There is a trail into the woods that leads up the hill to a bench with a great view of Lake Superior.
