You have comfy robes, the Sauna, the Soaking Tub, Aroma Therapy and all the spa essentials, foaming bath salts, body lotion, and rain shower stuff. The Bluff Top outdoor entrainment areas include, loungers, bar top, old growth redwood picnic table, gas BBQ, outdoor fireplace with wood. various conversation areas and benches made with local old growth black walnut slabs. Relax to the sound of the Pacific or Dark Sky star gazing or enjoy a lovely picnic on your own private bluff top oasis on the Pacific Coast. The Casita is a short walk or drive to the Lost Coast, Black Sands Beach trailhead, 27 miles of hiking if your up to it. Walk along the Black Sands. Board Games and Corn Hole Nice local dinning and recreation near by. The general store has basic supplies. Guest access The Casita is at bluff level and the entire yard and outdoor entertainment areas are for your private use. The owners part time residence is above but is not occupied when guests are in residence in the Casita. Other things to note The second queen bed is in the living room in a very confined loft. Please see pictures to make sure it is appropriate. The Kitchen is open air on the deck. It is covered from the rain but is not protected from wind. The bluff has a small safety fence but Kids and Pets should be supervised. The owners part time residence is above but is not occupied when guests are in residence at the Casita. The climate is temperate and most days are sunny, but there can be periods of coastal fog and brisk winds and winter storms. We like it all. The ocean is dangerous with sleeper waves and undercurrents, Please supervise kids and be alert, stay away from the water. Swimming is appropriate at the nearby marina, tide pooling at Mel Coombs Park. I don't have screens on the sliders. I don't want to obstruct the magnificent ocean view. Insects are rare at the coast and critters won't bother you inside with the doors open. Gas, diesel and supplies are available at the General Store.
