Welcome to a weekend of relaxation! Lake front! Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the screened porch, a nap in the over-sized hammock, a meal on the deck, or a walk around the quiet neighborhood. Or seize the fun by bringing your boat, tubing on the lake, or using one of our kayaks to test the beautiful waters of Lake Hartwell. The best of lake life awaits you in our cozy cottage. Did I say, Lake front! With your own dock.We can sleep7 (futon) but 6 comfortably (7th guest is $50/night extra charge) The space Our home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a very green futon if extra space is needed and an ensuite full bathroom. The two guest rooms have either a queen bed or 2 twins with a hall bathroom just steps away. Our home is located on a cove and in a quieter area of the lake. Our back deck is very large and has a table and umbrella and a over-sized hammock. Plus enjoy the screen porch on rainy days. We have platform dock that you can swim from or launch the kayaks (2 provided) or tie your boat up for your stay. We provide 2 adults sized life jackets and ask that life jackets are worn while using the kayaks. Also anyone under 13 legally has to wear a life jacket while boating in Georgia. We prefer that all children wear life jackets any time they are near the lake. Guest access Guest have all access to the lake home, dock, and property for dates reserved. Other things to note No parties or disruptive behavior allowed. This is located in a quiet neighborhood and we ask for guests to be quieter during the hours of 10 pm and 8 AM. No smoking in the house or on the property. Please be extra careful with children around the lake, please take extra caution with children and water. Check in is 4pm and check out is by 11am.
