Smart tvs in every room, starlink internet and Artisan filtered water. The space House was recently lifted 6 feet, we added a dack off the wide with gas grill and seating!! Bonus room downstairs has a queen bed and full bath and smart tv Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and smart tv which leads to the upstairs sunroom. Boat launch and dock can accommodate boats up to 20 feet or less. The water is shallow at low tide (about 2 feet) at end of the dock. Windmill point marina is about 3 miles away with publuc boat launch, daily, weekly, and monthly slip rental, a public beach and fishing pier. Off the dock you can Fish(2 pole and small tackel box included), go crabbing(2 pots provided, just get bait) and you can collect oysters for eating.
