Sitting at 1500 feet above the valley is perched a quiet, and peaceful sanctuary. Epic view of the Columbia River Valley with Mount Hood and the City of Portland in the background. Venture to visit downtown Kalama, the river beach, shopping, food. Near by Mount St Helens area is right behind you. 45 minutes from Vancouver and Portland areas. This private apartment is completely separated from the owners house. Enjoy mountain living with still being close to I-5 corridor for recreation. The space This is a fully furnished one bedroom one bathroom accessory dwelling unit. It’s on the second floor of a separate shop building. This space is completely private with a private entrance. The space is 800 Square Feet of living space. There is a set of stairs to the second floor space. See pictures. This unit sits on 2 acres of land. The main residence house is off limits to guests. There is a walking path on the property that is mostly mowed grass. This space is great for one person or a couple. 2 small children could use the couch. Pets are limited to 2 small dogs only. Pre approval is required for pets. There is a dog potty and walking area on the property. Dogs must be on leashes. This is pretty rural land and there are small animal predators around. We have a fire pit that’s available to use. There are seasonal fire restrictions. Walking on the property requires heavy shoes. The terrain is steep, rocky, and rugged. Crocks, sandals, flyknit sneakers are asking for trouble. Level II EV Charger is onsite for an additional fee Guest access Pull up the driveway and keep the the right towards the rear building. Look for the large garage door. The main residence house is on the left. The guest unit is in the building on the right rear. Park on the pavement. Walk past the garage doors to the walkway deck. See pictures. The door to the unit is at the end of the deck past the 2 French Doors. Use the key code and proceed up the stairs.
