The mattress is comfortable, you have several pillows with different hardness and also ergonomic to sleep comfortably. Next to the house is bus line 17, which takes you directly to the "Plaza Mayor" which is the center of Madrid, it is only 4 bus stops away. 30-day reservations must start on the 1st and end on the 30th or 31st of the month. The space The room is rented by the month. From 1 month and a maximum of 11 months, that is, less than a year. The home is a space shared with other guests like you. The host/owners do not live in the house, but you will always be attended to immediately with everything you need. In this house you will have security and you will be pampered within our possibilities. This room has new air conditioning, heating and blinds to keep light out of your room if you don't want it. It's a spacious and super bright room, perfect for taking beautiful selfies and watching the sun and moon from your window. The room has a private bathroom inside the room. The house is very comfortable and is in a quiet working-class neighborhood, with a large Latin American and Spanish community. There are supermarkets and bars nearby and it is a fully walkable area. The house is newly renovated and is very nice and bright. It has a modern-cottage inspiration. The whole house has AC and heating. Everything is new, the faucets, the appliances, the beds. The kitchen has all possible amenities (induction stovetop, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, microwave, refrigerators, pots, pans, sandwich maker, toaster...) There is a large mirror in the room and the whole house has fast WIFI. You can enter and leave the house as many times as you want as long as you respect the silence and rest hours (super important) Guest access The kitchen can be used, as long as it is not used at night after 10:00 pm. The reason for this is that the noise generated in the kitchen can disturb people who are sleeping. Other things to note Things you can't do in the house: You can't smoke or vape or use any kind of drugs. No alcohol (to avoid conflicts or undesirable situations). We want a quiet, comfortable, clean, friendly and happy house. 😊 You can't disturb the other tenants. No noise after 10:00 pm. It is sacred to let others sleep and to have a respectful attitude towards other guests:) We do not accept children under 8 years of age for safety reasons, children and adolescents over 8 years of age may stay with a family member. We do not accommodate two minors. Nor an adult and a child without a clear relationship. The reason is that we want maximum safety and well-being as far as children are concerned. On the day of check-in, a valid ID or passport will be requested, according to Spanish law.
