Nice, quiet apartment on a small farm

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via a staircase. In the 1st bedroom there is an external roller blind through which the room can be completely darkened. There is a skylight blind in the 2nd bedroom. The room cannot be completely darkened. Parking is available right in front of the house entrance. There is fly screen on all the windows (except the two skylights) as well as on the balcony door. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. From the accommodation, you can take great bike tours through the Bavarian Forest. Nearby attractions are: Edelwies amusement park, Neukirchen (about 7 km) Grün summer toboggan run (approx. 10 km) Waldwipfelweg St. Englmar (approx. 12 km) Straubing Zoo (about 24 km) Wallfahrtskirche Bogenberg (about 7 km) Etc. Guest access From the front door you can feel right at home. Smoking is possible on the balcony. Other things to note In the immediate vicinity you can take beautiful walks or bike tours with beautiful views. The view directly from the apartment is limited. Only the church of Perasdorf (about 4 km away) can be admired from the balcony. On the farm there are 2 ponies, 3 dogs, 1 little cat, chickens and a rooster, as well as a few ducks. The animals belong to my relatives, who live in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home.
