Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor. Two parking spaces are right in front of the house entrance. There is the possibility to convert the sofa into a sofa bed. If you need a baby travel cot, just let us know. The property was renovated from April 2025 to July 2025 and fully furnished with new furniture. The bathroom has been largely renovated. There is fly protection on all windows. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Cars and bicycles can be parked in a lockable garage upon request. From the property, you can take great bike tours through the Bavarian Forest. Nearby attractions are: Edelwies Amusement Park, Neukirchen (about 7 km) Grün summer toboggan run (about 10 km) Waldwipfelweg St. Englmar (about 12 km) Straubing Zoo (about 24 km) Bogenberg Pilgrimage Church (about 7 km) Etc. Guest access From the front door you can feel right at home. Smoking is possible on the balcony. Other things to note In the immediate vicinity you can take beautiful walks or bike tours with beautiful views. The view directly from the apartment is limited. Only the church of Perasdorf (about 4 km away) can be admired from the balcony. On the farm there are 3 ponies, 3 dogs, 1 cat, chickens and a rooster, as well as a few ducks. The animals belong to my relatives, who live in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home.
