The Landscape building is located in a prime area of the capital of Ceará, nearby there is a market, supermarkets, McDonald's, restaurants, ice cream parlors, a bank, not to mention all the infrastructure that the building already has, such as: a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools (Tuesday to Sunday), a game room and to make it even easier there is a market next to the Diamond entrance and a paid laundry in the building. NOTE: some locations may be undergoing maintenance The space The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, refrigerator, stove (2 burners), mini electric oven. The bedroom has a double bed, TV (normal without cable channels and without Netflix) and bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed and an extra mattress, air-conditioning and cable TV, and connects to the open kitchen. The view from the apartment is of Av. Abolição. Due to the high floor, there are no problems with external noise when the doors are closed. NOTE: Some BUILDING SERVICES may be unavailable due to maintenance. We are not responsible.
