Steps from Public transportation. Close proximity to the Metro rail (1.7 mi), shopping, dining, and entertainment at Rhode Island Row, Alamo Drafthouse, Brookland restaurants and breweries. Sorry, no animals- we need to keep the home dander free, we have family members who are allergic and asthmatic. No parties The space 4 bedrooms. One king bed, one queen bed, one full bed, three twin beds, sleeper sofa full pull out. All of the bedrooms are in the second floor. The pullout sofa is on the top/3rd level. No parties Registered guest only (max 8) Guest access Guest are able to privately utilize the main home that consist of 3 levels. The basement level is separately utilized by owner, property manager, and housekeeping. The basement has a private entrance is occupied. The property manager is onsite. There is no inside access to the basement from the main house. Other things to note This property is 1.7 miles to the Rhode Island Metro Station and 1.8 miles to the Brookland-CUA metro station. The metro bus is a one block walk from the property. Metro rail is not within walking distance but we do often ride the city bike to the metro. There is parking available at the Rhode Island metro station. No parties please. The D.C. residential noise ordinance starts at 10pm and ends at 7am. In the spring and summer months city noise is usually louder, we provided two white noise speakers and disposable earplugs for your comfort. The backyard is not fenced.
