Balance is due 60 days before arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days before arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit. No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
