There is a small kitchen where you can cook. The toilet on the first floor is under the stairs and the shower room is on the other side. There is another shower room and toilet on the 2nd floor, and 3 semi-double beds for 6 guests ★ Housekeeping ★ Please note that the following services are not included during your stay. Towel exchange ・ We provide one set of towels (one bath towel and one face towel) per person during your stay. Bedding change ・ Beds are set according to the size of the group. A set of bedding is provided. Cleaning service during your stay ・ The room is cleaned before your arrival. Please clean yourself during your stay. ★ Trash ★ Please sort garbage and leave it in the room or dispose of it in the large garbage stocker outside. Garbage generated during use is classified as commercial waste and cannot be disposed of in general garbage collection. Please place it in the garbage stocker as the licensed company will collect it at a later date. ★ Visitors ★ Visitors without reservations are not allowed to enter. We monitor remotely with security cameras. If someone is visiting during your stay, even for a short time, you must include them in your reservation. If we find out that someone other than the person who made the reservation has entered the room without permission, we will charge 10,000 yen per person as a breach of contract. Please contact us in advance to avoid any problems. ★ Television ★ Terrestrial digital broadcasting cannot be received due to radio interference. Also, we have recently received several complaints from neighbors about smoking manners. Please smoke one person at a time. Please refrain from conversations, including phone calls, in the smoking area. ★ Please note ★ The accommodation is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be quiet after 10 pm. Also, please consider that it is not suitable for parties or drinking. If we receive a complaint about noise or smoking from the neighbors, we may ask you to leave immediately.
