King room in Bedford

Great for anyone looking to travel for work. Space is a 3.5m X 3.5m room with king size bed and storage cupboard. Shared bathroom by the room, large kitchen is available for use. Towel provided. Washing machine available *at request*. No parties or additional guests. Please note no loud noise after 10pm or before 8am. Please bear in mind if booking for someone other than the guest staying I will have to cancel the booking when the guest arrives. This is unfortunately against airbnb T&Cs. The space This is my home which I live in. Please enjoy your stay but also bear in mind it is a home and try to keep noise (especially late at night or early morning) to a minimum.
