The apartment is located at Posto 6 in Copacabana, a 5-minute walk to Copacabana Beach and a 10-minute walk to Ipanema and Arpoador beaches. Completely renovated in a family building with 24-hour doorman. The apartment is in the back, quiet with total privacy. We have an uncovered parking space. The Sá Ferreira subway station is a few meters from the apartment. 🌼 Apt. for up to 4 people. Before finalizing, please read the information in the House Rules carefully. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a bathroom (suite), a queen-size bed and air conditioning, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a fan. A large living room with sofa, air conditioning, dining table, fan, Wi-Fi (500mb) and Smart TV. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and household utensils. Guest access Guests registered in the check-in document will have access to the entire apartment, common areas of the building and garage. Other things to note After closing the reservation, please send a photo of the valid ID or passport of all guests in the reservation. If you are going to use the garage, also send the license plate number, model and color of the vehicle. Attention: To avoid accidents: We ask that no more than 3 people enter the elevators without luggage. And 2 people with luggage!
