Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and all its amenities, including free private parking, located right in front of the house. The parking lot, owned by the property, offers maximum comfort and safety for those traveling by car and can accommodate more than 10 cars. At check-in, I will be personally present to welcome you and will be happy to give you all the useful information for your stay. On this occasion, I will also collect the tourist tax, as required by the Municipality of Venice. Other things to note TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax is not included in the booking fee and must be paid separately at the time of check-in. The amount is required for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. Children aged 10 and under are exempt from payment.
