The space D E S C R I P T I O N This stylish and cozy 1-room apartment with 47 sqm of living space is located in beautiful Glüsingen in the municipality of Seevetal. A M E N I T I E S LIVING AND SLEEPING AREA There is a queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a sofa and a dining table for 2 people. The existing pleated blinds and blackout curtains create privacy and darkness. There is also a TV with a soundbar and free Wi-Fi. Streaming services can be used with your own accounts. The large wardrobe provides enough storage space to store your clothes and luggage. KITCHEN In the kitchen there are all the necessary cooking utensils, a refrigerator, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine (caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee), Tassimo capsule coffee machine and a dishwasher. A stove and oven are available for preparing meals. Dish towels, aluminum foil and cling film are also available. BATHROOM The bathroom boasts a large floor-to-ceiling shower and a large window. Towels, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer are also provided. WORK AREA The large, height-adjustable desk (1.60 x 0.60 m) invites you to work. There is also a Canon color printer that you can use via Wi-Fi. SEATING AREA IN THE GREEN A small table and two chairs are available in front of the house to relax in the fresh air. PARKING Free parking is on the green strip right in front of the property. CLEANLINESS All cleaning utensils such as vacuum cleaners, mops, cleaning cloths and cleaning agents can be found in the wardrobe and under the sink in the kitchen. The apartment is located in the middle of the Hamburg Speckgürtel and also not far from the Lüneburg Heath. TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS CAR Due to the perfect connection of the Maschener Kreuz - A39/A1/A7 (approx. 8 minutes by car), you only need about 30 minutes to downtown Hamburg or the Lüneburg Heath. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION The Harburg train station is also not far away (approx. 15 minutes by car), so you can also use the P+R parking garage there and take the S-Bahn to Hamburg. There is also a bus stop within walking distance, which can be reached in about 10 minutes. Meckelfeld train station is approx. 7 minutes by car (approx. 35 minutes). There you can use the Metronom. This will take you in 5 minutes to Harburg station, in 15 minutes to Hamburg main station or in 35 minutes to Lüneburg.
