Guest access Guest will have full access to the flat and common areas Other things to note Smoking Policy- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Guests who wish to smoke may do so only in the balcony. Kindly use ashtray to dispose the butts. Do not discard cigarette butts on the ground, in planters or throw it out of the balcony. We aim to maintain a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Pest Control- We carry out regular pest control to keep the apartment clean and comfortable. However, since our property is surrounded by Goa’s beautiful greenery and tropical environment, leaving doors or windows open for extended periods may allow insects to enter. We encourage you to enjoy the fresh air and lush surroundings while being mindful of keeping doors closed when not in use. This helps us maintain a pleasant stay for you while preserving the tropical charm of Goa. Garbage Segregation- To maintain cleanliness and support environmental responsibility, we request all guests to segregate their waste into wet and dry during their stay. Strictly no Illegal Activities- Any form of illegal activities is strictly prohibited on the property. This includes possession or use of illegal substances, illegal gambling, escort services or any other unlawful behavior. The host/complex security reserves right to call the local police in case the guest is found violating. Also, the reservation will be voided with immediate effect with no refund. Safety of children- Please supervise children at all times, especially in balconies . The host is not responsible for any accidents or mishaps that may occur due to lack of supervision.
