Other things to note Other Things to Note: • This condo unit is on the 2nd floor and does not have elevator access • Roads to the property are paved. • Propane is not required for the electric grill • The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends • Responsible bachelor/bachelorette parties are welcome, but loud or disruptive events are not permitted For Your Safety and Peace of Mind: • A video/audio doorbell at the entry for secure access • Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards • Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience • An interior communication panel for Z Wave connection with locks and video doorbell, without video/audio monitoring inside Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines • Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through. • Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside • Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone • Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of • Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture • Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines
