2 bedroom family vacation cottage (Caddo Cottage) near DeGray Lake.

If you like peace and quiet, this property is for you. This one cottage along with the owner's house is all that is on a 30 acre tract of land surrounded on 3 sides by Corps of Engineer property to keep us from being too close to the lake. Even though, we can't access the lake on our property the closest public area, Caddo Drive Area is just past our driveway. DeGray Lake Resort State Park is 3 miles from our driveway. Edgewood Drive and Caddo Drive areas offers swimming, boat ramps, and picnicking. Our Cottage includes towels, (bring towels for the lake) dishes, pots, pans, etc Caddo Cottage is completely furnished along with 40" t.v., satellite, DVD, microwave, coffee pot, stove, dishwasher, charcoal grill (bring charcoal & lighter) and fire pit. For the children, we have a lot of unique playground equipment. Be sure to notice our HUGE deck under roof with porch swing , benches and large picnic table. Caddo Cottage has a double and queen size bed in EACH bedroom. We can accommodate up to 4 adults and up to 4 children.
