Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just moments from the sugar-soft sands of Anna Maria Island, this stylish four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat is designed for relaxation. The private backyard is a tropical oasis, featuring a heated pool, spa, and plenty of space to soak up the Florida sunshine. Watch your favorite team while enjoying the pool on the 55" flat screen outdoor TV. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy alfresco dining under the swaying palms—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Inside, an airy, open-concept layout makes entertaining effortless. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with bar seating, and everything you need for home-cooked meals or cocktail crafting. The inviting living area features a plush sofa with chaise and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy movie nights. Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort. The primary suite includes patio access and a spa-like ensuite with a walk-in shower. Two additional guest rooms also feature ensuite baths with walk-in showers, while the fourth bedroom offers a premium queen bed and easy access to the nearby hall bath with a shower/tub combo. Every bedroom includes luxe bedding, ample storage, and a flat-screen TV. A full-sized washer and dryer add convenience to your stay. Walk, bike, or hop on the free island trolley to Pine Avenue’s charming boutiques or Bridge Street’s vibrant dining and nightlife scene. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, savoring a sunset cocktail, or strolling to the beach, Cocktails and Dreams delivers the ultimate island escape. VRC18-000183 Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors. Other things to note A note about “hot tubs” and “spas” Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. Beach Boutique is not responsible for failure of equipment due to such uncontrollable circumstances. We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you! Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.
