Slightly tucked away, it offers more privacy while still being part of the resort. Inside, you’ll find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, pine walls, comfy new beds, and a simple, cozy setup—perfect for a peaceful beach getaway. Note: Pet fee is not included in the total and will be charged separately. Guest access Our guests have full access and use of the entire cottage, surrounding land, and shared beach. If you are unsure where the property lines end, please ask and we can assist! The privacy and safety of our guests and neighbors is very important to us. Access is provided through a remote digital keypad, controlled through our Ring security system. This access information will be provided after guests sign and execute the rental agreement that will be sent after booking. Parking is convenient and close to the cottages. As a remotely located, rural home we manage travel times between our properties for turnovers between guests based on expected arrival times and the most efficient routes. Other things to note • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -15% off for stays 7+ nights -30% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy.
