Simple and Well-Located Cozy Studio Apartment

Our space is compact, approximately 20m², and offers: 24" LED TV (not Smart TV — only basic open channels such as Globo, Record, etc.); Fan, 2-burner stove, refrigerator, electric cooker and basic kitchen utensils; Shared pool with pergola; Barbecue area; Free parking (uncovered) and coffee maker for common use. Towels, blankets and toiletries are not provided. The space The chalets are private and independent, and are located within a farm next to the main house where I live. Because it is a farm with a lot of green area, there are some wild animals that appear at certain times (saruê and some birds). These animals usually climb on top of the roofs of the houses, but they are completely harmless. We offer a leisure area with a pool of approximately 5 meters (shared with other cottages), a pergola and a ranch with a barbecue area with a coffee maker for common use. Note: the chalets are supplied with water from a mine, and during the rainy season, the water may become a little cloudy. Quiet, peaceful, safe place surrounded by green area ideal for family rest. Guest access Guests have access to outdoor parking inside the farm. Access to common areas such as swimming pool, barbecue area and pergola (shared with other guests). Other things to note We love to welcome pets! We only ask that you bring your pet's bed, as they are not allowed to sleep on the beds. Check-in after 10 p.m. may incur an additional fee.
