The space Built in 2024 - Condo Layout Upstairs (2nd Floor) The second floor features a serene master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, a convenient half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, a cozy living room with a fireplace—perfect for relaxing evenings, and a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Downstairs (1st Floor) On the lower level, you'll find a comfortable queen bedroom with direct access to a versatile flex room (ideal for kids with two additional beds), a convenient full bathroom, and direct access to the garage. Guest access You'll have full, private access to the entire condo via keyless entry. Enjoy all the comforts of home, including Wi-Fi, TV, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee station. For your beach days, we've got you covered with beach chairs, a bucket of sand toys, and a wagon to easily transport your gear. Other things to note Important Notes: 1. For the comfort of all our guests, no pets are allowed in this unit. 2. We maintain a strict no-smoking or vaping policy throughout the property. 3. We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, per Lincoln County regulations and out of respect for our neighbors.
