Check-out: 12:00 p.m. — If a late check-out is required, please let us know in advance; we can arrange it based on availability. We personally greet you for check-in and provide a brief overview of the house. 🧹 Cleaning You arrive at the house spotlessly clean and well-prepared. When you check out, it's enough to leave the kitchen utensils washed, the trash taken out, and the house in general order—we'll handle the detailed cleaning. 🏊 Pool & Garden The pool and garden are exclusively for your use; they are not shared with other guests. Small children are requested to be supervised by an adult at the poolside. 🔇 Silence & Respect Out of respect for the residents, we kindly ask for quiet after 12:00 a.m. 🚭 Other Rules Smoking allowed (freely indoors and in the garden) Please do not exceed the number of guests specified in the reservation. 🐾 We're sorry, we don't allow pets—we made this decision to provide a clean and comfortable environment for everyone, including our guests with allergies.
