A short walk from Piazza Alighieri, a bright independent apartment on the first floor of an ancient residence in the historic center of Galatina. It offers three terraces, Wi-Fi, a heated hot tub and sauna. All services are for exclusive use. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms; on the large terrace, there is an annex with a bed, kitchenette, bathroom and infrared sauna; outside, the patio, sun loungers, sofas, hammock, barbecue and brazier make every day pleasant. The space The house offers two double bedrooms, in one of these rooms a third bed is on the characteristic mezzanine made possible by the height of the star vaults; the living area has a desk, sofa, armchair, TV, vintage turntable and playstation. The dining room with the comfortable wooden table is comfortable for eight people, the kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, microwave, centrifuge and kettle. There are two bathrooms, one in the sleeping area between the two bedrooms and one near the kitchen. The staircase leads to the main terrace where the annex is located with a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The sauna is also located here, while outside the heated hot tub and outdoor furniture offer the opportunity to relax. Guest access Guests can access all rooms of the house, balconies and terrace. The accommodation and all amenities are for exclusive use. The entrance is independent, the keys are kept in a safe whose code is provided the day before arrival.
