The space Cozy, well-lit and airy space! The guest room has a bed, bedside table, bench with drawers, desk, rolling chair, rack, mirror, lamp, two electrical outlets, an armchair, and a minibar. Duque de Caxias), 4.3 km from UEM (State University of Maringá). Guest access Guests enter the living room. Guest use areas on the lower floor: kitchen, outdoor patio and garage. On the upper floor: bathroom and bedroom. During your stay The host (Isabel) has a studio at home where she teaches and makes pieces in creative sewing and patchwork. Eventually receives visits from children, grandchildren and friends. Communication with the guest will depend on each guest's style, which means that the host will talk beyond the basics with the guest as long as the guest demonstrates a desire to talk. We provide in the room a placemat, a dish towel, a dinner plate, a dessert plate, a fork, a knife, a coffee spoon, a small spatula, as well as a glass and a mug for meals/snacks made in the room.
