The Space: * The accommodation's include a King bed in the main bedroom , 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. The condo has a total occupancy of 6. * Both of the bedroom's feature en suite bathroom's and there is a half bathroom connected to the kitchen and dining room floor * Take a look at the floor plan to see how this home is laid out: the garage is at ground level, the living room and screened porch is on the second floor, the kitchen, dining room and half bath is on the third floor and the bedrooms, laundry and built in desk are on the fourth * The townhome is located on quad 5 of Paseo and it has it's own pool shared just with this quad Paseo's Village Center is the vibrant heart of the Paseo community, offering a dynamic blend of social, recreational, and dining experiences. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Fort Myers is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is less then a 20 minute drive from Paseo! This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. Please allow 30 days for processing.
