Self check-in is simple with a smart lock so you can arrive on your schedule and settle in right away. Your stay includes access to: • The entire home • Fully fenced backyard • Fire pit and screened patio • Private garage gym • FREE 6-seat LSV with signed waiver • Bikes and paddleboards • Ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles, including oversized vehicles The following are not available for guest use: • Boat, WaveRunners, or camper trailer that may be parked onsite • Owner’s closet in the primary bedroom • Cleaner’s closet in the bunk room Everything else on the property is yours to enjoy. Other things to note 🔐 Safety & Security Your safety is important to us. The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. For security, exterior cameras are located at the corners of the home, and a Ring doorbell monitors the front entrance. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas. 🏋️ Private Garage Gym Guests 18 years and older may use the private garage gym at their own risk. Please wear appropriate footwear, supervise children at all times, and wipe down equipment after use. For safety, please enter and exit the home through the main entrance. The garage gym door should remain closed except in an emergency. 🚙 Included Street-Legal Golf Cart Your stay includes a complimentary 6-seat street-legal golf cart. Drivers must be 25+, have a valid driver's license, and complete the required waiver before use. Seat belts are required for all passengers. Use is limited to approved local roads—no beach driving or off-road use. Golf carts are not permitted to park in Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach. Guests are responsible for any tickets, fines, or damages. Please return the golf cart to the garage and plug it in after each use. 🚲 Bikes & Paddleboards Beach cruiser bikes and paddleboards are provided for your enjoyment. Helmets and life jackets are not provided, so please plan accordingly. 🏖️ Beach Access Nearby public beach access makes it easy to enjoy the Gulf without the challenges of private beach restrictions common in the area. Beach access locations and local regulations are subject to change based on Walton County and community guidelines. 🚭 House Rules No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No Pets. No parties or events. The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older and remain on the property for the duration of the reservation. Please observe quiet hours and respect our neighbors. 📄 Before You Arrive Walton County requires all guests to complete a separate electronic rental agreement before arrival.
