Inside, you'll find a beautifully remodeled bathroom stocked with fluffy white towels, a blow dryer, and all the essentials to prepare for your day or night out. The room includes a dresser and closet to store your belongings along with a flat-screen smart TV , remote controlled Bosch heating system , hardwood floors and a private porch. Experience ultimate comfort with a queen-sized bed dressed in crisp white linens, accompanied by a super soft blanket and a fluffy down comforter for a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy total privacy at night with 100% blackout curtains, and during the day, open the charming windows to let in a refreshing breeze. For extra enjoyment, we provide a selection of board games, including my favorite, VenturaPoly, as well as books, puzzles, and even a guitar for the musically inclined. We look forward to hosting you during your stay in the charming beach town of Ventura California . Guest access You will have access to your private room with porch and private bathroom . The door that connects to the inside of house will be lock . If you would like to access house for any reason ( store things in fridge or use the microwave you need to text me or knock on the front door and I will try to accommodate although this is not included in your stay . Other possible areas you may want to use but is not included is the gas grill in the backyard and or the fire pit. If you are interested please let me know ahead of time and I can confirm with you the details . During your stay I let my guest determine the interaction, if you rather not see me then chances are you will not . If you want to get info and need help with your plans or suggestions I am more than happy to offer as much time as you need. So I will let you decide . Sometimes I don't want a chatting Kathy when I am just there to rest and other times I have enjoyed having hosts take us to the local bar or enjoy a cup of coffee together . It's your vacation so it is 100 percent up to you . Other things to note Free street parking is located in front of the house . I have a golden retriever named Kona . She is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. Please keep gate closed at all times so she doesn't wander out . Thank you .
