It is also very close to Solarium Santa Teresa and the ferry terminal for the Amalfi Coast and Capri" The space "The 95 sqm apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of a building with an elevator; however, the elevator does not stop at the entrance. IMPORTANT: Guests must take the elevator to the sixth floor and then walk down the stairs to reach the apartment on the fifth floor. The interior space is arranged as follows: A fully equipped kitchenette with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, traditional oven, and microwave. A living room with a sofa, A/C unit, TV, and dining table. Bedroom I with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, A/C unit, and en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and shower. Bedroom II with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, and A/C unit. A second bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and shower. A 25 sqm terrace equipped with an umbrella, table, and chairs. Additional amenities available to guests: Unlimited WiFi, independent heating, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linens included (optional extra changes available for a fee). Other things to note: There are two small steps inside the apartment leading to the living room and one of the bedrooms. The apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), so please check local restrictions if traveling by car. The fireplace is NOT usable."
