Tea Tree House with fantastic ocean view

Reconnect with nature... Our home is set on a secluded, alpine acreage surrounded by pristine forest. Your private suite and deck have sweeping, sunset views of the exquisite Howe Sound ocean and mountains. We are located in Upper Britannia Beach, a small beachside community within the Squamish region, 45 mins north of Vancouver and 50 mins south of Whistler. The space Our intention is to create a cozy space with artful elements, world textiles and a minimalist sensibility. Your suite is an open-concept studio with 10 foot ceilings and large, floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an immersive experience of the alpine and ocean without having to leave your bed. There is a small kitchen equipped with a 2 burner induction cooktop, a Wolf countertop Convection oven, small fridge, cookware, utensils, a French press, and organic coffee. Enjoy the charcoal bbq on your covered deck which allows you to sit outside even on misty evenings. Your suite and attached deck are located on the garden level. Our private residence is on the second level of the house. There is a glacier, fed river with a beautiful waterfall just a 1 minute walk from your deck. We welcome you to sit and take in the healing sounds and when the flow of water is low enough, we encourage and challenge you to take a cold dip! You are welcome to explore and enjoy the forested backyard, garden and waterfall at any time. We are growing veggies, herbs, flowers and fruit from spring to fall. You can expect to see us once in a while on the shared driveway, but overall our experiences are separate and feel very private. We intentionally did not include a TV, but instead have an electric piano and a deck of cards inside. :) Best to bring your laptop and stream with wifi if you would like to take in a movie.
