People who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed. To release access to the building, we need you to send us a photo ID with a photo of all guests, for dispatch and early release at the reception desk. The access to the apartment is made through the electronic lock password, which will be sent to the guest prior to their arrival. ATTENTION – Important Check-in Information: ALL GUESTS ARE PAYING. We operate as a lodging facility, and therefore, entry is only permitted to guests. All must be included in the reservation. The amount is progressive to the number of guests. Visitors to the apartment who are not considered guests and previously registered at the time of booking will not be allowed! The building has a laundry inside the condominium for guest use, for a fee to wash and/or drying. We emphasize that care for the apartment and items made available during the stay (especially bed and bath linens) is crucial for a good relationship and a smooth stay.
