Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cozy little home is not far from multiple beaches and great fishing locations. Offering a tranquil escape where you can expect quiet mornings with minimal traffic sounds. Inside, the home is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring an open concept living space. The space Located near downtown Ingleside, you are 15-20 min from the ferry and Rockport. Fishing is plentiful at the jetties and off the docks on Conn Brown Harbor Point Park. This cozy little home offers two bedrooms one bath, with a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a full size/twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. Windows in both bedrooms have solar screens to help block out light for a soothing ambiance and increased relaxation. The living room is opened to entertainment with arcade gaming and large tv. Small kitchen area with bar seating that comes equipped with the essentials, including coffee maker and microwave. The open floor concept also provides an inviting warm dinning area allowing you to enjoy your morning coffee and meals. The side entrance to the house gives quick access to your vehicle in the two car driveway. Neighborhood is safe and peaceful, allowing you to enjoy your evenings with friends or family. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, backyard, and driveway. Grill is available in the patio area. Fold out table and chairs are available upon request for outside seating and use as well as grill. Please advise before visit if you are planning on using grill. Garage will be locked and unavailable for guest use. Other things to note The outside is set up with external cameras including the garage for security purposes. There are no cameras located inside the home. Minimum age of primary renter must be 25. We only allow a max of 5 guests per stay.
