Description

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. The house is ready to accommodate up to 10 people in a rustic environment with the owner available for anything you may need. The rented part is independent and includes a kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms and in another connected section you can find another laundry bathroom and a fourth bedroom accessible by a steep wooden staircase, and therefore more suitable for young couples or teenagers. The space Although not shown in the photos of the rooms, it is possible to add a single bed to each double room (except for the one with the steep staircase, which remains double). The dining table is comfortable for 8 people (normally we fit 12/13 without problems) There are two bathrooms, one in the hallway in front of the three bedrooms, and another on the ground floor, which also serves as a laundry room and is convenient for the room with the steep staircase. Guest access I have recently rented this entire space (in general, I have rented it for 12 years, room by room, as you can see in the reviews on my profile). The house is 200 years old and very large (300 sqm) and I am renting a space that is independent (about 150 sqm) but still connected to another space where I live with my son. In fact, it is also possible that I will access the rented space to empty the garbage, or do laundry, or other general cleaning or maintenance activities. Let me know if this is a problem. In addition, a bedroom (the red one) is connected by a door to another room where I will live with my son. This door will be properly closed on both sides and soundproofed, but it might be uncomfortable for someone particularly sensitive to know that it is not a wall that divides the two spaces, and even noises might be heard more easily than through a wall. For the rest, you will have the kitchen and dining room at your disposal, as well as two bathrooms and three parking spaces, and there is a garden where you can barbecue and some bicycles for free rental (but you are asked to pay for any damage). We have been hosting for 12 years and will be very careful about noise and respecting your privacy, and the same is asked of you. Other things to note IN SUMMER; all rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. The house does not have air conditioning, but being an old house with thick walls, with due care (windows closed during the hottest hours of the day and open at night), it stays cool. IN WINTER; the house is equipped with radiator heating except for the old room with the fireplace that has an old kitchen - wood stove (which guests can use with due precautions). The room with the steep staircase (above the wood-burning stove) has no radiator and is usually kept cold. It is possible to use an electric heater if needed, but it is not recommended due to the high maintenance cost and consumption. We rely on guests to use it with common sense. MOSQUITOES: the entire house is equipped with mosquito nets on the windows and doors, in fact our territory is generous with mosquitoes. Therefore, special care is required not to leave the mosquito nets open, otherwise the house would soon be invaded by these annoying insects. Registration Details IT036027C1UBJ4WW0B
