The space 🦆 Located by the pond, this house offers a simple and pleasant setting to unwind, surrounded by nature and to the rhythm of the ducks. Perfect for a couple or family with children, it can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Baby equipment (baby bed, highchair, etc.) is also available upon request. On site, you can enjoy quiet moments: boating, fishing, relaxing facing the water... Two bicycles are also available to discover the surroundings. And for sunny days, a barbecue is available to share a meal outdoors. 🍇 Just a 5-minute drive from Beaune, you are in the heart of the Côte d'Or, a recognized wine region. The location makes it easy to visit the villages, cellars and typical landscapes of Burgundy. The house is on the grounds of an old family home currently unoccupied. So you can enjoy the place with peace of mind. Guest access We can welcome you on site for your arrival before 6 p.m. Beyond that, a key box will be available for independent access. Once the gate is open, walk along the unoccupied family house: your accommodation is at the back of the garden. Gérald and his wife Sylvie live minutes from the accommodation. Discreet and available, they are at your disposal if you need anything throughout your stay, whether for information, advice on the region or practical help. Other things to note Ducks and geese live freely around the pond. Corn is available to feed them, but please do not give them bread and respect their peace and quiet.
