Whether you’re gathering for a film night or curling up with a book, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Please note that the TV does not include cable channels; instead, it is equipped with popular streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, and Google Play. Guests are welcome to sign in with their own accounts to enjoy their favourite films and programmes. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, while the dining area offers a sociable spot to enjoy them together. After a day exploring the forest, you’ll find this the perfect place to share stories and plan tomorrow’s adventures. We also provide thoughtful extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A cot is available on request for families travelling with little ones, and pets are welcome by prior arrangement (subject to a small fee) so no one is left behind. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and a truly relaxing experience. You’ll enjoy full use of the charming living areas, the four cosy bedrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, and the peaceful outdoor space of The New Forest perfect for unwinding among the trees. Parking is conveniently available on the gravel area just before the courtyard, making arrivals and departures easy. Check-in is simple and flexible via a secure lockbox; the code and full instructions will be provided through the guest portal once the online check-in form has been completed. Whether you're planning lazy mornings, forest adventures, or evenings under the stars, Enchanting Knightwood Oak is all yours to enjoy. Other things to note No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor area and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Pets – Allowed with pre-approval and with a minimal fee. No Parties – Please keep noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM. Trash & Recycling – Dispose of trash in the designated bins outside. Recycling is encouraged. Cot - Should you require a cot for your stay, please submit your request via the guest portal link at your earliest convenience. This service is complimentary, and we will ensure the cot is set up prior to your arrival to provide a comfortable experience for you and your family. ***Just a friendly reminder that a £150 security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorisation (hold) on your payment method and will be automatically released within 7 days of your departure, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
