Timberwolf is a tri-level cabin that's the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and return to nature. Located in Payson, our cabin provides all of the modern amenities with easy access to the forested highland of Arizona. Located in the the ponderosa pines, you will be surrounded by large trees and have amazing views of sunsets, thunderstorms and wild animals. Our cabin is family friendly and perfect for multiple families with large open common areas and private rooms. The space Welcome to Timberwolf! This cabin is located in Payson, Az and is just a 10-minute drive from Tonto National Forest. This amazing 2,100 sqft cabin with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (one on each floor) sleeps up to 6 and offers large gathering places with separate sleeping quarters for additional privacy if desired. Wake up to the beautiful sunrises while enjoying your coffee on our wrap around deck with wildlife views or relax with your favorite beverage as you enjoy the sunsets and mountain breezes in the evenings. Ample windows throughout the house let the light pour in. The house has two distinct living rooms so you won’t feel on top of one another and can get some separation from the kids. The upstairs living room has one large couch, one leather armchair, a standalone desk and a Wi-Fi enabled Roku TV to enjoy all your favorite steaming services. The basement living room is set with a deep leather couch, a very comfortable armchair and another Roku TV. Each space comes with multiple blankets and pillows for those who enjoy a bit of comfort during their relaxation time. Come enjoy a weeklong relaxing family getaway at our home! We have stocked the house with all the basics to make the trip easier for our guests. We have a high chair, pack-n-play, mobile play pen, baby bath items, kid books, plastic kids dishes and cutlery, and board games. The house is equipped with split level air conditioning on the main floor and loft levels (basement does not require cooling) and heating is supplied on all levels to help deal with the summer heat and winter cold in Payson, AZ. Our cabin has 2 decks (one covered wrap around deck and one uncovered backyard deck), a propane grill and outdoor eating area, and an indoor coffee bar. One of the best parts of Payson is enjoying food and drinks at sunset or sunrise with family and friends in the brisk mountain air surrounded by the majestic forest scenery. The house has 2 Roku TVs so you can log in to your desired applications or cast from a smart device. We have provided bath towels located in all the bathrooms. Each bathroom also comes equipped with shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers on all levels. Our indoor coffee station comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and an assortment of different flavor options. Coffee is in the drawer of the dedicated coffee station. Check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in. A code to the key pad will be provided at that time. Check-in is contactless. The cabin can accommodate 4 vehicles in total. Two vehicles can utilize the elevated driveway, 1 vehicle can fit on gravel section to the left of the driveway, and a smaller compact car (think Corolla) can fit in a compact spot on the right of the property. Other things to note KITCHEN: The kitchen has brand new appliances and beautiful butcher block countertops. Fully equipped for cooking family meals. Brand new pots, pans, dishes, utensils and kid place settings. There is a Keurig that will supply all of your coffee needs during your stay. LIVING ROOM: There are two distinct living rooms, one downstairs, one upstairs. Downstairs has a large Roku TV, leather couch, padded armchair, blankets and pillows for comfort. The upstairs living room has a large Roku TV, large sectional couch, large leather armchair, desk for working, blankets and pillows for comfort. There are plenty of board games in the entertainment center by the wall. DINING ROOM: The dining room has a nice view of the backyard and seats up to 6 people. We also have an outdoor dining area that seats 4 people. BEDROOM #1 (Main Floor): The main floor bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and two night stands with walk in closet. The main floor bedroom is located right next to the main floor bathroom which has a brand new shower/tub combo, central vanity, and extra storage if needed. BEDROOM #2 (Loft): The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and two night stands. The upstairs master bathroom has a walk-in shower and central vanity. Attached in the loft is a full walk-in closet and separate rustic pine desk and chair for working if desired with a spectacular view out the massive front windows. BEDROOM #3 (Basement): There is a door posted a the top of the basement steps that can be shut for privacy, which can turn the basement in a private enclosed suite. The 3rd bedroom is located in the basement and has a king bed with two night stands. Each night stand has its own reading light and is connected to a charging station for phones and other electronics. The basement master bathroom has a walk-in shower and central vanity. House Rules We hope you enjoy your time at Timberwolf and have set out a few house rules intended to protect the property and ensure you have a fun, safe and fulfilling stay. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ use only. However, it should only be operated by an adult who has experience using a propane grill. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. - Please do not feed the wildlife around the property. It is not good for them and it is against the law to feed elk in Payson. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. - There is no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed on the property. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. - Pets are not allowed on the property. If you have a dedicated service animal, please reach out to us for additional conversation. - The city of Payson has established regulations to limit noise after 10pm. As a result, there are city-wide quiet hours from 10pm to 7am in the morning. - There is no commercial photography or filming allowed on the property.
