Owner reserves the right to refuse certain animals or breeds and we generally only allow dogs. NO CATS ALLOWED. Specific pet blankets are provided for pets who are accustomed to sharing time on the sofa or beds with their humans. Pets are not otherwise allowed on the sofa or the bedding provided for humans. There will be an extra cleaning charge of $150 if there is pet hair on the sofa, bedding or excessive pet hair in other areas of the home. Additional charges may occur if the home is damaged or soiled by pets. Food and water bowls are provided in the kitchen. There is a grassy doggie relief run in the enclosed back yard patio area, equipped with a hose and doggie poop bags for easy clean up. There is not a doggie door.
