Hiking trails are open. • Ski on/off: This property is ski on / ski off only when the Sunrise trail is open. That trail is snow dependent and usually open from January to March. No refunds will be given if trail is closed, so please check before booking. • Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
