Our resort like country retreat in North Wichita features a heated swimming pool (seasonal), vibrant garden, green house, outdoor kitchen, koi pond, fire pit, gazebo, smoker, pizza oven, pool house with 3/4 bath The property backs up to 10 acres of woods filled with birds and wildlife. Spend time with friends and family with expansive entertaining spaces. House has 3 beds, 4 baths, a poker/sun room, large kitchen/dining area. The space Three bedrooms and two full baths are located on the top floor of the home. The master suite has a $5,000 king bed with massage features and powered settings. The suite includes a private bathroom with shower, private deck, fireplace, big screen tv, and a huge walk-in closet. The main floor includes a living room with a wood burning fireplace, big screen tv, a sun room (poker room), drum set, 1/2 bath, kitchen and dining area. Outside there is a pool house with a shower and a bathroom. Other features include a heated swimming pool (seasonal), koi pond, fire pit, outside kitchen (gazebo) bar and multiple seating areas, and a greenhouse. The property backs up to a 10 acre forrest filled with deer and other wildlife. We feed the deer, birds, squirrels, and fish twice a day. It's a perfect place to entertain or simply enjoy some quiet, private time. Enjoy the organic gardens and outdoor art. Since then, we've more than addressed every issue, including replacing the swimming pool liner. Our goal is to become one of the most treasured private locations in Wichita. We are doing everything possible to guarantee our guests have an amazing experience here at the Fat Squirrel Ranch. You are welcome to pick some fresh organic veggies when they are ready. A classic Cadillac convertible is sometimes available for photo shoots and special occasions Kids can feed the fish, deer, squirrels and birds, play badminton, pool volleyball, and cornhole. Pool toys included as is a full set of drums. Lots to do here, its very quiet, private, and hard to leave. Hope to see you soon.
