Our home is perfectly situated in South Lake Tahoe and is just a short drive to Heavenly Ski Village, Nevada Beach, Sand Harbor, the East Tahoe Trail, Emerald Bay State Park, and golf courses. Inside the Space: • Open-concept living area with large windows for natural light and forest views • Cozy fireplace perfect for chilly Tahoe evenings • Fully equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances • En-suite bedrooms for privacy and comfort • Two private decks with seating—to enjoy a peek at the Tahoe sunset or immerse yourself in the pines and redwoods House Rules: * Our maximum occupancy is 6 people. * Quiet hours must be observed between 9PM and 8AM * ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED!! 🚗 Parking Details: Guests have access to two parking spots on the driveway with Permit Cards. Parking #1 – Located directly in front of the garage. Parking #2 – Situated on the left side of the driveway, next to the neighboring house. Please note: * The garage is not available for guests use. * There might be noises from the construction cross street. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, except for the garage, one bedroom closet and two kitchen cabinets that are labeled. We will provide the electronic lock code to the front door 2 days prior to your arrival.
