Charming house in La Peña

Located at La Peña neighborhood, this house is easily accesible from the new toll highway. It is ideal either for couples or a whole family. Has Sky cable TV as well as Apple TV. The space Great house facing the lake. This is the perfect place to chill out and relax. The house is in La Peña neighborhood arguably the sunniest and warmest in Valle. It is very close to the town center and readily accessible from Mexico City through the new toll road highway. It's a very safe area and you can enjoy an east walk to the town center. There is the children's room with two bunk beds (4 beds in total) then there is the guest room with a sofa bed where 2 can sleep comfortably, then the main bedroom with a bed for two and finally a small room on the upper floor with two individual beds. Every room has a complete bathroom TV and cable (two have Apple TV as well). The Jacuzzi is always warm and clean. We have a great living room to relax, read, enjoy the chimney and the great view. The parking lot is for one car. Other cars can easily and safely be parked right outside the house. Guest access Quick access to lake and short 10 minute walk to town center.
