Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. 4. pets allowed (need to especify on the reservation, extra fee will be charge). 5. Damages and misuse of the property: any damage to furniture, appliances, linens, or fixtures will result in additional charges. This includes stains, breakage, lost keys, or intentional destruction. 6. Responsible use of water and supplies: • For short stays, we provide a basic welcome set of towels, toilet paper, soap, and other essentials. • For long-term stays (over 7 nights), guests are responsible for purchasing their own supplies such as toilet paper, soap, detergent, trash bags, etc. • An additional water fee may be applied to long stays, depending on the length of the booking and usage. This charge will be reasonable, documented, and communicated before check-out if applicable. 7. Monthly cleaning required for long stays: If your stay exceeds 28 nights, at least one professional cleaning per month is mandatory. This will be scheduled in advance and paid for by the guest. It ensures the space remains clean and well-maintained throughout your stay. 8. Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any behavior that causes disturbance to neighbors or damages the property may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 9. Air Conditioning Use The use of air conditioning must be carried out responsibly. In the event of excessive consumption reflected on the electricity bill, the additional amount will be charged proportionally to the length of the stay.
