First Floor: 4 Bedrooms: Two master queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Both are oceanfront rooms with partial ocean views, thanks to the picturesque sand dunes. One room with two twin beds. One room with two bunk beds (sleeps 4 kids). 3 Full Bathrooms: Conveniently located for easy access. Second Floor: Open Concept Living: Enjoy 180-degree ocean views. Main Sitting Area: Furnished with brand new furniture (2025), featuring a TV, fireplace, sofa, and sleeper. Sun Room: Massive picture windows allow you to enjoy the ocean views, regardless of the weather or time of year. Dining Area: Two brand new (2025) separate dining tables that seat 16 people. Newly Renovated Kitchen: Equipped with brand new appliances and stone countertops. Wet Bar: Featuring a sink, stone countertop, and mini fridge.
