The space The house is divided into two floor, downstairs are four bedrooms, each with blackout blinds for a great night's sleep. And 3 bathrooms, one which is ensuite in the master bedroom. Upstairs is the other bedroom, a half bathroom, kitchen and living room. The living room has a balcony that faces directly to the sea. The outdoor area is a true highlight, with a private swimming pool and plenty of space for lounging in the sun. There's even a small outdoor kitchen with a grill and mini fridge, which is perfect for keeping your drinks and snacks cool. There's Wifi, Smart TV and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, dishwasher and a big refrigerator. And the small appliances like microwave, coffee maker, etc... Guest access The nearby beach, just a 5 minutes walk away, is safe for children and there's a nice beach restaurant called Tropicana, where you can enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, and rent sunbeds for the day. The closest supermarket is Carrefour in the Miramar shopping centre, which is within a 10 minutes drive. I recommend having a car in case you want to go to town, but you can also easily use Uber or taxi. Other things to note The house is next to the motorway, as you can see in some photos, so from the pool area you can hear traffic. But nothing excessive or exaggerated. Inside the house, you can't hear it at all because all the windows are new and very good. It doesn't bother to be inside or to sleep, unless someone is very sensitive.
