Other things to note Like many homes in 30A, this home is equipped with A/C but may take time to cool after guest arrival. We recommend keeping doors closed for optimal performance. Quiet hours are observed in the Magnolia Cottages neighborhood from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. to maintain the relaxing atmosphere for all guests. Golf cart rentals are allowed in the community but must be parked in designated areas. No trailers or RVs are permitted on site.
