The nearest beach access is only about a 5-minute walk from the complex to the east, at the 6th St Public Beach (0.3 of a mile). Non - smoking unit! No smoking on the balcony. If any evidence of smoking is found in the condo, you will incur an additional charge minimum of $500 cleaning fee. Other things to note There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or on the balcony. No signs, flags or towels may be hung from or over the balcony per HOA rules. The swimming pools do not have a lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Please be respectful of neighbors. Excessive noise, no matter what time, is not allowed. Keep the music to a minimum.
