The space The house has a bright open layout with many comfort features: - Dual-zone central A/C + heat (2 separate units) with two thermostats for year-round comfort. - Backup peace of mind: if one unit ever has an issue, the home still has the other operating. - In-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Living area & entertainment: - High ceilings and plush electric recliners - Bluetooth sound speaker - 75" Smart TV for easy streaming Sleeping setup (sleeps 11): Your group will enjoy ample space and privacy in four serene bedrooms, none of which share a wall. The home features two expansive king master suites, each with its own private bathroom. - Beds: 3 Kings + 1 Queen (sleeps 8 in beds). If additional sleep space is needed: 1 guest on the sofa + 2 guests on an air mattress - All bedrooms complete with large smart TV (three are 75", one is 50") Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen for your culinary creations, complete with a double oven, dishwasher, blender, air fryer/toaster and two different coffee makers. Outdoor space: - Fully enclosed, landscaped yard for added privacy - Sparkling private pool with zero-gravity lounge chairs - A relaxing Hot tub (heated free of charge year round) perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring - Full-size gas grill - Shaded patio for outdoor dining Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire single-level house and the private, fully-enclosed yard. Entry is seamless with a private entrance and a secure keyless system. Your unique 4-digit access code will be provided prior to your arrival for an easy self-check-in experience. We are happy to offer a complimentary early check-in as soon as the house is clean and ready for you. Other things to note Children: For our youngest guests, we provide a Pack ’n Play and children’s dinnerware. Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please include pets in the reservation, prevent/cover any damage, and clean up after them (waste and any fur), leaving the home as you found it. Security cameras: For your security and peace of mind, exterior-only cameras are located on the property. They are for security purposes and do not monitor any interior spaces. Parking: Several parking spots are available—one in the driveway directly in front of the front gate, plus additional driveway parking in front of the garage.
